Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Kenya Name of Project: Kenya Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience (KHEPRR) Contract Title: Supply and delivery of 3No. Branded Hardtop Vehicles for KNPHI Loan No. 7405-KE Project ID: P180127 RFB Reference No.: KE-MOH-543783-GO-RFB 1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kenya Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience (KHEPRR) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of 3No Branded Hardtop Vehicles for Kenya National Public Health Institute. 2. The State Department for Medical Services now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for for Supply and delivery of 3No Branded Hardtop Vehicles for Kenya National Public Health Institute. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s“Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”September,2023.(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Department for Medical Services , procurement@health.go.ke and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below 5. The Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by eligible and interested Bidders at the Ministry’s website (www.health.go.ke) free of charge before the closing date and time. Bidders who download the Bidding Document(s) MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@health.go.ke for registration and facilitation with any further clarification or addendum. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd July,2026 at 11:00Am.Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of Ksh.1,080,000 8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 9.
